How do I order 2 or 3 decks?
To acquire the desired number of decks, first select either the Silver Dragon (Silver Edition) or Gold Dragon (Gold Edition) option. In the Add-on section before checkout, specify the quantity you wish to purchase. Likewise you can choose any Rewards Tier and add as many decks as you like in the Add-on section before checking out.

Are the cards the same in the Silver Edition and the Gold Edition?
Yes and no. All of the artwork (face cards, numbered cards, jokers, etc) are the same between the two Editions. However, the Gold Edition has gold foiling on the backs of the cards, gold-gilded edges, and the Tuck Boxes feature 2-color foiling and embossed text and embellishments.

Can you mix and match suits between the Silver Edition and Gold Edition decks?
While technically you can, it’s not advised as the gold-gilded edges of the Gold Edition decks will standout when you view the stack of cards from the sides.

Where are the images for the Royalty cards for Decks #3 and #4?
We’ve completed the designs of the Ace cards, but the Royalty cards are still being developed. It takes 8-10 weeks to illustrate each deck. Rest assured they will look just as amazing as the other 2 decks. That being said, we’ll be working on the Royalty cards during the campaign and will update the Kickstarter Page with any new images that we have to share.

Will the Gold Edition decks be available after the Kickstarter ends?
You will only be able to purchase the Gold Edition decks while the Kickstarter campaign is active up until the survey period ends. After that these decks will not be available for purchase so get them now before you have to pay big bucks on eBay for them!

Yes! They will be available on our site and in select retail stores after we complete fulfillment, but will be at full retail price.

Yes! You’ll be able to add any items that you like while until surveys are locked, which is usually a within a few months after Kickstarter ends.

Yes! As long as you purchase 12 or more deck in total (regardless of Edition) before the survey’s are locked, you will receive the Brick Box FREE Bonus.

Why is the fulfillment so far out?
We need to finish up the artwork for both Deck #3 and Deck #4, which can take up to 2 months each due to the high quality and detail in the illustrations. If things like the Playmat, Art Book, etc are unlocked in the Stretch Goals, we’ll need time to design and develop those. And, being this is our 3rd Kickstarter we’ve learned that no matter how much you prepare, things can happen beyond our control which could push things back. It’s likely that we will fulfill much sooner than that, so we’d rather over project and over deliver than the other way around.

When is my pledge charged?
Your pledge money will be collected only after the project ends on Thursday, November 9th, 2023. If the project is cancelled for any reason, you won’t be charged.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
